Tony Britten
Tony has been part of the Elim Church Braintree Leadership for the past 20 years. He is also a Trustee and Director of Hope House in Braintree. He lives in Felsted with his wife Linda and has 6 Grandchildren.

Jon Belgrove
Jon has been serving as part of the leadership team at ECB since 2012. Prayer is a significant aspect of ministry, working together with his wife Danielle. They live in Braintree with their 3 children

Danielle Belgrove
Danielle has been a longstanding member of ECB and has ministered in many roles within the church family over the years. In this season, she has a passion for effective, creative prayer that advances God’s Kingdom, and the churches mission in the community. Danielle is married to Jon, an ECB Elder, and they live in Braintree together with their family
Anna England
Anna Has been part of ECB for a number of years, and has a wonderful testimony of God’s grace to transform lives. She has been actively working in the community as a volunteer in a number of charities, but especially those linked with Manor Community, reaching out to those who have experienced homelessness and addictions. Anna also co-leads and works actively with our Limitless Youth
Nick Whipps
Nick has been part of ECB since Autumn 2023, and is an Elim minister. Nick is passionate in enabling the local church to grow in faith and be fruitful. Nick and his wife Lesley, have three adult children and three grandchildren.
Pastoral Team
The church has an experienced team of leaders who assist in congregational pastoral care.

Henry and Sheryl Pradella.
Henry and Sheryl are retired Ministers. They love to disciple and love people into fulfillment and calling, and carry a prophetic emphasis. They are also very active and connected into the Manor Community outreach initiatives. Henry is also a published author.
Roger and Ros Grassham
Roger and Ros are retired Ministers who love to encourage and bring wisdom to people facing complex life challenges. They are active in prayer and prophetic ministry, and are connecting with other churches and leaders in and around Essex and nationally. Roger is also a published author.
Lesley Whipps
Lesley has been part of ECB since Autumn 2023, and loves to listen, and make a difference to one and the many. Lesley has a heart to see God’s people recognise their identity in Christ.
Lesley is married to Nick an ECB Deacon, and they live in Braintree.
Sheila Jacobs
Sheila has been a longstanding member of ECB. As an award-winning author, Sheila writes and edits for a number of Christian publishers. She also leads retreats and has been a chaplain at a retreat house.
